Portraits: Sitting fee - 100 with 50 due time of booking.  An additional 25 will be charged for travel beyond 30 miles.  The 50 down payment reserves your appointment and is non-refundable.  The total sitting fee includes up to one hour shoot on location and 25 per 30m. A disk will be provided to the customer within three days of the photoshoot of all pictures taken on location without added graphics. The remaining 50 will be due and must be paid before the delivery of the disc.  Photos with added graphics will be available for viewing and purchasing on Artisticphotoart(APA's) website. 

Events: Start at 75h (2 hour minimum) with 75 due time of booking, each additional hour 55.  This includeds disc for personal archival only, photos are not for distrubution. Guests are instructed to visit artisticphotoart.com to order prints.  Images may not be used for the following purposes: commercial, marketing, or advertising use, unless granted prior wirtten consent. *Additionl fee assessed for distribution or commercial use.

Please Note:  Each image will bear the photographer's first name and Artisitphotoart watermark demonstrating the authenticity of the image and is required to remain in any future use of the image in print, digital or other media display.
